Packaging: I make every effort to use recycled or recyclable materials when packing while also being sure to keep the work safe from breakage. Typically, I use a combination of green wrap (paper bubble wrap), shredded paper, newsprint, cardboard dividers and double boxing. Sometimes I use recycled bubble wrap. All work is insured before it ships.
Shipping: I use primarily USPS Priority mail as it’s often the least expensive option. Shipping within the US is calculated automatically at checkout. For international shipping, your shipping fees will be calculated when I package your items and a separate invoice for shipping fees emailed to you. If you order both ready to ship items and made to order, they will be shipped together and I will notify you by email when they are headed out. Once pieces are ready, I try to ship them off as soon as possible. If you would like expedited delivery, please email. Tracking and insurance are included.
Wholesale and Consignment: I am not accepting additional wholesale orders at this time. I will consider local consignment accounts on a case by case basis. Please email for more info.
Exchanges or Returns: If your order arrived broken or damaged in any way or if you are unhappy, please contact me within a week of arrival to discuss. Every piece is insured against damage by the postal carriers. Keep in mind, all pottery is handmade and as such is not meant to be perfect but will have variations and marks of the handmade process.
Custom Orders: I am happy to discuss custom orders with you. Please keep in mind that all orders need to fit within my own style of work and glaze palette.
