Packaging: I make every effort to use recycled or recyclable materials when packing while also being sure to keep the work safe from breakage. Typically, I use a combination of green wrap (paper bubble wrap), shredded paper, newsprint, cardboard dividers and double boxing. Sometimes I use recycled bubble wrap. All work is insured before it ships.

Shipping:  I use primarily USPS Priority mail and UPS which tend to be the least expensive options. I will do my best to use the carrier you choose unless there is a significant price difference. If you need a specific carrier please email to let me know.  Shipping within the US is calculated automatically at checkout. Sometimes when there are multiple pieces ordered, the auto calculator over charges. If that is the case, I will refund you the difference when I pack and ship your order. If you would like a shipping estimate, please email before ordering. If you would like expedited delivery, please email.  Tracking and insurance are included.  Your tracking number is automatically sent to you when your shipping label is created. If you change your mind after your order has been packed up, you will be refunded minus a 15$ restocking fee. Made to order items cannot be refunded once they have been started. I do not take responsibility for the actions of shipping companies; once packages leave my studio, they are out of my hands. However, I will do what I can to work with you toward a resolution should a problem arise.

International Shipping: Outside of the US, I am currently only shipping to Canada due to global shipping supply delays and headaches. If you are in Canada, please choose free local pick up at checkout. your shipping fees will be calculated when I package your items and a separate invoice for shipping fees emailed to you. Please be prepared to pay the shipping fee as soon as possible.. Unpaid shipping fees will result in a cancellation of the order and no refund will be made. All import duties and fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you order both ready to ship items and made to order, they will be shipped together and I will notify you by email when they are headed out. Once pieces are ready, I try to ship them off as soon as possible. But given that I am a one woman operation, please be patient. I promise Iā€™m doing the best I can.

Free local pick up: If you are in the Portland area, there is a free local pick up option at check out. When your order is ready to pick up, you will receive an email with my phone number to arrange a pick up time and the studio address. Items for pick up will be left on the front porch on the day of your pick up. Please arrange a pick up time promptly or email me to let me know if you cannot pick up for more than a week.

Wholesale and Consignment: I am not longer accepting new wholesale and consignment accounts and I am not interested in joining any kind of online marketplace. Sales pitch emails will be ignored.

Exchanges or Returns:  If your order arrived broken or damaged in any way or if you are unhappy, please contact me within a week of arrival to discuss. Every piece is insured against damage by the shipping carriers. If your piece is damaged, please send me a photo of the damage, including packaging around the piece and I will submit a claim with insurance and refund you the cost of the piece plus shipping or make you another piece if you wish.  Keep in mind, all pottery is handmade and as such is not meant to be perfect but will have variations and marks of the handmade process. Made to order items cannot be refunded once they have been made. All refunds and exchanges for any reason other than damage during shipping are solely up to my discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
